Dissection

As part of their Health study the Explorers dissected a lamb heart and cow eye to understand better how these organs work in their bodies. Thanks to our awesome physician parents who were willing to volunteer their expertise to make this possible--the Explorers learned a lot!!

Short but Big Week!

First Valentine's Day and baking and decorating cookies. Then the 100th Day of School and wearing pajamas and cooking breakfast. It's good to be an Explorer!

The Chair Affair

The Explorers took on another auction project for the Chair Affair, which raises money for the NW Furniture Bank. The chairs are designed by local artists and the Explorers, representing the Seabury Service Club, are the first student group to be allowed to participate. Inspired by Dr. Seuss and "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" the Explorers are hoping it will sell for a lot and help those in need of furniture in our community. If you would like more information or want to attend the auction go to: chairaffair.org
